This is a high intensity Active Bhangra class. Mainly a fast paced aerobics style class with some mixed body weight workouts. A great way to test your cardio!

Learn the fundamentals of Giddha with step by step instructions on footwork and putting steps together. Learn Boliyaan and choreography to the latest songs​​

THURSDAY : 7 PM - Beginners Bhangra
Learn the fundamentals of Bhangra with step by step instructions on footwork and putting steps together. Everyone should know how to Bhangra!
