ADULT BHANGRA
Classes will include a warm-up, stretch and participants will follow the lead of an instructor.
Team practices are available on request
Active Bhangra is an aerobics style class where you follow allong with the instructor and do some body weight exercises

MONDAY : 7 PM - Learn + Active Bhangra
Learn creative Bhangra choreography and have a work out at the same time! Attend our Learn + Active Bhangra so you can show off to your friends and family on the dance floor!

WEDNESDAY : 7 PM - Active Bhangra
This is a high intensity Active Bhangra class. Mainly a fast paced aerobics style class with some mixed body weight workouts. A great way to test your cardio!

THURSDAY : 7 PM - Beginners Bhangra
Learn the fundamentals of Bhangra with step by step instructions on footwork and putting steps together. Everyone should know how to Bhangra! ​​

FRIDAY : 6 PM - Ladies Giddha
Learn all things Giddha! From boliyaan to double addi, we cover it all in this Ladies only Giddha class.

SATURDAY : 10 AM - Learn + Active Bhangra
